Our villa offers two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There's also a separate bathroom available – ideal for families or groups. For additional guests, there's a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two. Each bedroom also features a smart TV, so you won't have to miss out on entertainment even on vacation.
The outdoor area
A real highlight awaits you outside the villa: a spacious pool for cooling off on warm summer days, as well as a relaxing whirlpool, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. The amenities are complemented by a small but comfortable sauna, which ensures relaxing hours even in the cooler months. On the covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, you can unwind and leave everyday life behind in any season.

In addition to the outdoor summer kitchen, the villa also features a modern, fully equipped kitchen inside the house. Here you'll find everything you need for shared cooking evenings—from a stove and oven to a dishwasher and refrigerator, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The living room, with its cozy atmosphere, invites you to relax and offers ample space for entertaining. For added convenience, a washing machine is also available – ideal for longer stays or vacations with the whole family.
